[FIXED] All-Star Event Issues

Summarize your bug everytime I keep trying to do a warm up event using my warm points it keeps taking back to the start screen
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try it for your self you will see
What happens when the bug occurs? it takes me out of the game
What do you expect to see? get fixed

please get it fixed i saved all these warm up points and i cant use them in the all star event because it kicks me out the game

Thanks for giving us a heads up, the team is aware of some issues affecting the All-Star campaign and are looking into it. We'll update this post when we receive more information around this.

None of the troubleshooting even fixes it I have to continue to waste my energy It wastes my time and makes me less eager to play the game

Summarize your bug Every time I launch the game and even sometimes afterwards it crashes on the All-Star matches, especially blitz. At first I thought it was my phone but then I realized that all of my friends had it too after conversing with them. I know you guys have been trying to solve this issue but this a reminder that we have been waiting and the event is ending soon.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try playing all-star, especially blitz
What happens when the bug occurs? It crashes and sends me to the home screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see some sort of compensation. I have wasted around 1,000 stamina on this. I love this game, but it makes it almost unplayable if I can’t finish the event due to the glitches.

Yeah it sucks. Here I am hours away from the event being over, with a 94 ovr team trying to grind and have a chance at a 99 ovr player, but I'm falling short of my goal. At least a thousand stamina wasted altogether 🤦‍♂️
