Game crashes instantly and goes to lock screen.

I've been having this problem since the start of December and I have tried uninstalling and installing the game again and that doesn't work. I've tried factory resetting my phone and that doesn't wor...

@EA_Blueberry I tried that and the same thing still keeps happening. I did a factory reset to my phone earlier in the month and that did nothing.

@DJ_NoobKilla Any way you can login to your account from a different device and then try logging back into the app on your current device?

Are you able to load up the app on a different Google account? This way we can narrow it down to being account or device based.

    @EA_Blueberry I can login to my account when using bluestacks but I haven't tried logging in on my phone with different account. I will try this out and report how it goes.

    @EA_Blueberry Alright I tried to open NBA Live with a different account and had no success. Still it intantly locks my screen.

    @DJ_NoobKilla 

    Try logging into our website at Help.EA.com on your device and then try connecting to the game. If it's still not working after that, I feel like it could be device related then since multiple accounts don't work (not account related) and you can login to the game on PC with bluestacks. Have you reached out to the Support team for your device? I did some research and that device has had motherboard issues in the past, not sure if this is related.

    @EA_Blueberry It seems that the problem is exclusively my phone since my spouse has the exact same phone and they were able to download and start up NBA Live with no problems at all. Gotta search around and figure out what wrong with my phone
