Game is crashing in almost all H2H and LvL (sometimes in live events too)
This happens since the release of All Star promo almost 10 days ago. It was working fine before that.
Already tried to clear cache, data, reinstalling app etc... performed all steps recommended by EA Help and nothing helps.
As you can see, we are a lot of people with the same issue.
I'm on Android (7.0)
Please do something EA.

We are currently investigating H2H crashing, no further info at this time.

I really hope this issue will be resolved quickly. It has already been 10 days and we didn't get any info from EA. ... till your answer :-)
in my case, most of the crashes happen while playing with or facing Lebron Royalty. But not only so bug might be a big deeper than that.
- My game crashed everytime when I face a F**kin player with 2-3 "buzzer" or with special abbilities like Lebron Royalty Players in His team? My team is Balanced I tried to change the coach NO clear cache NO The same *? When will you guys fix that *? What about compensation ?that * always happen with player username "Bird80" I lost my every Battle with that guy because of YOU? 10-15 or more games? What can you do about that? And He attacks me and Attack ... terrible game terrible

Dear EA_Barry ,
Which make me more concerne about your comment is the part "small number of player is being affected by this problem". I believe that you guys do not understand the reason why a lot of players is quiting the game everyday, including old players from season 1, who were faithfull to you in every bug and problems regarding the first season, and patients enought until they do not see any reason to stay playing this game.
In my particular case, I have one reason to stay playing, being a proud member of the league Dunkstar Brasil. And I can guarantee to you that we are trying to support each other in order to not quit this game. It seems to us that you guys just dont care about this game. Maybe is not affordable enought, or you guys are paying more attention to others EA games like Fifa or Madden. But please, every paying customer deserves at list a date to finish your analisys. And we all know that you guys are taking more time that you deserve.
Sorry if Im a little hard to you guys, please, see this as a effort to push you to fix the game once for all.

It is not only H2H. It is LVL too. People in my LVL say that it happens no Android. Usually it happens if I try to steal the ball from Simmons 96 or higher ovr that has over 100 3pts or something. Though this might be not the case. But crashes one after another. So it is very easy to reproduce. Platinum players also cause this issue. All in all I wish that you would fix not investigate.
Try anything. do the impossible. Whatever. Anyways it is crashing.
