Game does not proceed after someone dropped the ball

Product: NBA Live Mobile Platform:Android Phone Summarize your bug Sometimes the players drop the ball and then no one can pick it up . It just keeps lying over there and the game does not proceed ...

Thanks for the bug report! I'm having some trouble finding reports from others experiencing this, so hopefully we can fix it through some basic mobile troubleshooting. If not, at least we can confirm that didn't work so the team can be aware of it.

Can you try deleting the app and re-download it again? If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install.

We have some additional steps below that can help with in-game issues, too.

@EA_Blueberry Hey the same thing happened to me once again . It is so frustrating i had to force close the game when only 24 seconds were remaining and i was goanna win the match but lost my 8000 fans and stamina too . This is so frustrating.
