Game is not responding

Idk why but my app is not opening since 2 days...it's taking too long over that loading page and then an message flashes 'sorry we were not able to connect with our servers'. All other apps and services on the device are working perfectly...I have checked reinstalling and logging in alternatively but of no use...kindly provide help

    I know this is a little late but have you been able to reconnect? I have some steps below that usually do the trick when it comes to having trouble connecting or other in-game issues. Keep us updated. 👍

    If you linked up your game progress to Facebook, Google, or your Apple account you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing any progress.

    @EA_Blueberry Thanks sir...sorry I forgot to update that I figured out the problem and have been able to resolve it...but I have been missing some perks now and don't know what went wrong with my account!!! If there's any way I could get back my lost perks including some players I would really appreciate it....once again thanks!!!

    Glad you were able to get back on. In regards to perks and items lost though, that is something you can speak with our Live-Support team about, however we cannot guarantee any guaranteed reimbursement.

    @EA_Blueberry Yeah I tried that already ( talking to the support team) but I did get expected response and neither the lost perks...idk what else to do!!!
