Game keeps crashing

Are you seeing any error messages when this happens? What type of device are you playing on? 

No error message comes the came just crashes. Playing on android device. Oneplus

Hello staff, i need urgent help because my game keeps crashing and i cant play throught Kevin Durant event. Because of this i will probably not be able to get him...

I tried a lot of solutions like reinstalling the game, clearing all data and others, but nothing works. Pls help me resolve this issues or i will probably never play the game again if i dont get Kevin Durant card, from the current promo just because of a stupid issue that i never encounter in my life.

Btw, this is the only game/app that have this issue on my phone.

I don't know if it's just me but whenever I open the application, the game crashes immediately.

I've been playing this game for three years and this is the first time this has happened to me.

I'm trying to get the Kyrie card but I'm unable to play the game at all.

I hope EA can check if there is a bug or some issue.🙏

Please run through each troubleshooting step listed out here to help clear up this crashing. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please also try swapping between WiFi and mobile data, as well as testing your account on a different device. 

I doesnt work. Pls give me another respons. I dont have a secondary device to run my account on it. My phone is up to date with updates and I have enough ram and storage to run the game, this is the only game on my phone that have this problem. Pls fix your game, I lost kevin durant because of this crash glitch. I request to get him for free because I couldnt play throught the event because of this stupid glitch that your game have.

Just started having this issue today to the point I reinstalled the game. And no dice. Also didn't work on wifi or on mobile data.
