Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

The steps for Android did not work. I am having to use my old tablet for me to keep playing. When is this going to be fixed? I have money I put into the game....!!!

I agree. I put alot of money into games events I couldn't or have no chance of finishing now. This is the second time I have put money into this game for nothing. The first time I played for a year and then my entire account was deleted so I had to start from nothing.
There better be some type of compensation involved. Currently I am tired of waiting while not getting any response but to do things that they KNOW dont work. I am about ready to move onto 2k and put my experiences in a 1 star review on the play store.
Mine has been doing the same. I made it through once today but when it refreshed it kicked me out again.
The game is not opening. I've followed all the troubleshooting ideas. Please help.
Other EA games work.

Anyone else having trouble with the game crashing when trying to play a promo event? I also don’t see the Jimmy butler master in my sets.

Your troubleshooting socks and does not work. Who the heck is working on fixing this? This is ridiculous that there is nobody answering on this thread from EA sports. What's going on with you guys?
