Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

Same thing happned to me. Android user Samsung A12 phone the game would exit as soon as I press it to launch the game. I tried uninstalling it, download an apk, share the game app from another device (downloaded the game in another device and the game works in another device). Used facebook as my link. It has been 3 days I am not able to play the game with my phone. Kindly asking for your assistance because I cannot keep borrowing other devices to play the game.

For me as well, but only when the billboards present an advertisement. When not, I can play the position event.
This happens only in the Mad Scientist position event, nowhere else in the game.

I have not since last update been able to play, at start up it shows the EA logo then kicks me out. Fix this as soon as possible.
I have the game on a older Samsung tablet, works somewhat.
Keeping this bumped.

- @ANTITEXNH Nah Bro why woud i it worked perfectly since 2016 and i Had the newest Smartphone every year since then. Why should it work with an older Smartphone. Thats Out da blue
- @6hl8g9q2j673 About two weeks ago I bought a new phone. For about 10 days the game was fine but then it crashed and still is crashing. I've switched back to my old phone and the game is working fine.
- @EA_Barry None of that works! Multiple people have already tried. Are you just not listening or do you just not care?
