Game keeps crashing

It's been 4 months and EA hasn't done anything bro.....

This game is getting worse by the day. There hasn't been a new event all week. No Live Pass, No Monthly Master, the PVP doesn't let you finish a game. And the fact that most Android users havent even been able to play the game in months, that says a lot about how much effort EA is putting into this game. If they dont care why should we?

This game is getting worse by the day. There has been one event since Season 8 started and then nothing. No Live Pass, no Monthly Master, the PvP doesn't let you play more than 10 seconds of a match. And the fact that the majority of Android users haven't even been able to play the game in months says a lot about how much effort EA is putting into this game. If they don't care about the game why should we? If this game doesn't have some major improvements soon, EA is going to see huge decrease in users for NBA Live Mobile. 

I'm on my phone. No I don't see any error messages. It just kicks me out.

I have the same problem because the game starts and crashes.I'm playing on Samsung Galaxy A31 with Android 12.

I'm done. I can play on my tablet, they are running league tournament play. I don't want to be playing on my tablet prefer my phone. EA help desk sucks!!!!

I cant open the game when its released the new season when i try to open game i cant bc its just show nba logo and game js close and back me to my phone screen i tried so many options and it didnt work what should i do ty!!

Same for me. It's been November and still can't even see the loading screen. It just crashes. I'm on a Realme C55 and I have done every update, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the application and still it's not working. Please fix it ASAP.
