How & Where do you earn Boost Items, Jerseys, and Courts?

 I used to get jerseys and courts and boosts fairly frequently. I just started playing again a month or so ago and now even playing a few hours daily for a month I haven't received any jerseys or co...

@84Saruman Do you know how to earn them at all? Do you get them in packs or rewards for certain events or what? I have no idea

You may only purchase them in the Auction. You may also complete some Campaign events to earn some specific, such as the Magic Association Jersey. 

I'd propose EA to give us much easier ways to earn at least the bronze level of each club's jersey and court. Then you could assign us events or offers in the store to acquire higher level jerseys and courts that give bonuses
