That’s definitely a cheater, no doubt about it. It’s impossible to do it with 95+ OVR lineup and he’s 89 OVR. Those cheaters are always low level like he is (lvl 19).
100+ OVR teams barely score above 30 points in their turns and he’s 89 so go figure.
