Can't open this game on Iphone Xs Max running IOS 12 to save my life , it's a permanent crash to desktop on the mobile. What kind of support is this?

I never experienced a bug like this in my entire life and i've played everything on mobile since the beginning of android and IOS let alone on the most powerful gaming device on the market like the Xs Max fix your stuff EA.

 Really dissapointed in this kind of support.

Previous Activity: Restored new iphone from old backup. Verified the game still worked on my old device (iPhone 7+) before fully moving to XS Max.

iOS: 12.1 Beta (worked previously on 7+ with 12.1 Beta)

My iPhone Xs cant open Madden or NBA Live Mobile and the best we get is 1 response from the community manager over a weeklong span, also at the tail end of one of this seasons first campaigns. Whack

I’m giving this game till the end of the week. If they don’t fix it and give us all say, 5-10 million in coins I’m never downloading an EA game again. I like spending money on games I enjoy so this is a deal breaker for me. I can’t even open the apps anyway so why download. I’ll be playing NBA2K19 by Friday night. This has to be the most unprofessional company Ive dealt with. I wish I could take back the money I’ve spent here. Guess maybe I’ll reach out to iTunes and show them my receipts and get my money back from EA!! It won’t let me even tag @EA_Barry anymore!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

So ? Where is the update EA ? Can we really not get an update on this issue ?
