@AgisTournas   I've completed the second set to 104 but I didn't get the reward too.

@EA_Blueberry can you confirm that this secret reward really exists?

I can confirm this reward exists, from screenshots on the NBA Live Mobile Official Discord. I have also contacted EA Help and they replied "It seems like an apparent bug in the game which is causing the non-accreditation of game progression even after completing them" and told me to post here.

The EA Advisors at EA Help said upon thorough investigation "they could not verify this missing content claim" and closed my case. @EA_Blueberry will we still get compensation or receive the jerseys?

I'm not able to confirm this is included with the completion of that set and will have to chase this down for you. I'm going to be off these boards in the coming week so if I don't hear back today I'll do my best to try and find an answer for you as soon as possible. 

I can confirm that the Magic jersey is included with the completion of 105 OVR Monthly Masters Shaq and Dwight because I unlocked them. This makes me think that the City Edition Lakers and Miami Jerseys should be included with the completion of the 104+ OVR Monthly Masters MIA LeBron and LAL LeBron. @EA_Blueberry have you heard back or found an answer? I would very much appreciate if I could receive my Royal Lakers City Edition Jersey which I will keep during the Season 5 rollover.

The EA Advisors, for the second time, replied that they "cannot make changes or correct game bugs", have "no option to add jersey in player's account manually", and both emails from different EA Advisors said "I will make sure to forward the same to our concern department." They said they will "see if the same problem arises for other players", "determine enough customers have the problem", which as far as I can see, only 3 people reported having this problem. I assume from the fact that the two emails replies I got, despite a month apart basically saying the same thing, and now that Season 5 has launched we will not be receiving the jerseys?

@TheLightningJay I had reported this issue to EA Help too. The first reply (with two emails) was quite quick, about 14 hours after I created the case.

I copied paste the code just one minute after the second email was sent. Their next reply was yesterday, 8 days later. We are no longer in season 4 so for me this specific Jersey is useless now.
