live pass not working

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug its not giving prizes
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? log in and play live pass
What happens when the bug occurs? cant claim my prizes
What do you expect to see? my prizes

  • its not giving the prizes it's stuck at 200 points, the top is working but not the bottom for which i payed for

    The team pushed out a fix and they should now be available.

    In the event you experience this again in the future, please DIRECT MESSAGE ME the following:

    • NBA LIVE User ID (It's the number in the top right under Settings in game) - DO NOT SHARE THIS PUBLICLY
    • Device type you play the game on (ex: iPhone10, Samsung Galaxy S20)

    I'll swing this over to the team ASAP, any help you can lend us is greatly appreciated.

    Summarize your bug Once AGAIN I paid for live pass premium, and the premium rewards are stuck at 200 when I have 500 points. After spending money it would be nice if this worked. This is not the first month this has happened. Could ea please get their stuff together.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See screen shot.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Not getting rewards I PAID FOR
    What do you expect to see? Rewards unlocking

    @superdave701 When it happened last time, will we need to get the live pass points for a premium all over again or it will continue where the original live point standoff?

    @Adrianchoo1995 It should bring it up to the same level as regular live pass for example if your at 700 points premium should be brought up to 700 points.

    i paid for live pass and im not getting the rewards, its been like this all day.. I know its nothin much of rewards but i do like to see my progress and its starting to annoy me..

    please get this fixed cause I spend money on this game and this is why sometimes i don't want to spend money on this game.. c'mon give the people what they payed for or if not i want my REFUND PLEASE!!
