live pass not working

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug its not giving prizes
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? log in and play live pass
What happens when the bug occurs? cant claim my prizes
What do you expect to see? my prizes

  • its not giving the prizes it's stuck at 200 points, the top is working but not the bottom for which i payed for

    The team pushed out a fix and they should now be available.

    In the event you experience this again in the future, please DIRECT MESSAGE ME the following:

    • NBA LIVE User ID (It's the number in the top right under Settings in game) - DO NOT SHARE THIS PUBLICLY
    • Device type you play the game on (ex: iPhone10, Samsung Galaxy S20)

    I'll swing this over to the team ASAP, any help you can lend us is greatly appreciated.

    they don't want us to get that 95 jokic or that 92 Kyrie thats what it is..if that was the case why add them!!

    Bro I'm having the same problem and I'm hot ..I also spend alot of money on this game over the last 2 years and it's crazy to spend 10 dollars on an important aspect of the game to progress and after I got the premium award for 100 points I haven't received another one since it's just stuck !! So I wrote EA help and told them the whole situation I got an email back a couple hours later saying I got to screenshot proof from my google wallet and or my receipt from the purchase that google sent me..but here's the kicker they told me I can't use my mobile phone to send it it has to be from a PC !!! Or it's not valid. I don't play this game on a pc nor do I currently even have one ..so I sent the proof of purchase from my mobile phone anyway so we'll see what happens . But If it turns out I'm beat  for the 10 dollars I'm done with this game and EA mobile.

    Happens to me too, is this a scam EA? or are you just tired of seeing us buy your live pass premium? can you at least fix this bugs please.

    Summarize your bug I purchased live pass rewards. The premium rewards are not unlocking... It remains at the first level even though I'm around level 8 on live pass regular...
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue...
    What happens when the bug occurs? Simply, it's not unlocking premium rewards which I paid for!
    What do you expect to see? I expect to see my premium rewards or a refund...
