I'd also recommend checking to see if your phone text is set to a larger size. If it is, try returning it to the default text size and see if that helps with the crashes.

I have played the game for a week and then it started crashing. I open the app, it start loading for 4 sec and then crashes out. I have tried everything and is still not working. This issue comes from your side, not from ours since hundreds of people are still having the same issue. So please be kind and report to the developers to resolve that. We have been playing this game from day 1 season 1 and it is not fair for such loyal players. If you can’t resolve it, be kind and inform us so we delete this game from our phone and stop getting mad about it. Thanks
