Nba live black screen glitch

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug Every time I open the game it sort of glitches out kind of showing a black screen.The first time I opened the game it opened but it did that glitch out thing the whole time. That glitch caused some of the letters on the words to be covered up. So the first time I played the game the scores weren't showing  and the clock as well so I won't know if I'm winning or losing. I uninstalled it and commented on Google play store stating my problem , I waited for some months and I found out there was a new update , I got the game again hoping they fixed the issue. The problem never changed. I emailed EA and stated my problem again and they brought me to EA help and I tried looking for someone with the same problem but none of the tips I was told to use make a difference, still black screened Please tell me if anyone knows what I should do I use a Huawei TAG L21 Android version 5.0
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing the game in my device model maybe
What happens when the bug occurs? It glitches out and covers a lot It doesn't open the game anymore It just stays at home screen
What do you expect to see? For it to open and work normally

    Sorry to hear about the black screen you're getting. Have you tried any troubleshooting so far from your end in attempt to fix it, like reinstalling the app, checking the device for updates, and/or restarting your device?

    I've tried installing and reinstalling 

    I got the latest update of the game 

    It did no effect

    I have anAndroid version 5.1

    With 2gb ram

    Which Android versions are needed to play 

    Because I have 5.1And

    The game opened the first time I got it

    But it still was glitchy covering up some letters

    I chose grizzles and played the game 

    But I say again it was glitches out

    In game blank was covering up the scores and the times.

    And also in the game

    So I didn't know where I was 

    I uninstalled and reinstalled it

    It had no effect

    I restarted my phone , no effect

    I waited for the update and I got it back

    Before opening the new update I read an answers article here saying I should force stop the game 

    I did that and it open properly it seemed 

    It took a while to load 

    And when it was done I pressed tap to continue

    And it showed create account or use an existing one 

    I chose create

    And it went home

    I opened the game again 

    It was back to glitching

    @the_real_pluto24I don't know the specifications of required device but 2gb ram and Android 5.1 seems to be really outdated with Android 10 already rolled out and smartphones having 4gb ram minimum, Although I'll wait for Blueberry to reply.

    Is there an option to update your phone to the latest version of Android? While some games might still run on the device, the development teams have to build their game around the latest software versions for the best experience with little bugs/technical issues. It sounds like you're running on an older version that could be causing compatibility issues.

    @EA_Blueberry  I recently checked on my phone if it needed any update but this is the highest update my Android can have.

    So my phone will stay with that Android version no matter what I do
