Nba Live won't load stuck on loading screen

I have downloaded NBA live the mobile game and when opening the app it asks me my date of birth and year, and then brings me to a loading screen. That loading screen doesn't change and it says "waiting for tipoff" but there's no changes and it's just frozen like that. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the game, restarting my wifi, etc. I'm not sure what's going on but if you have any ideas please let me know!
