Not receiving free ADs on NBA Live mobile

Summarize your bug I haven't had ADs for the game they keep coming and going and it's really annoying as I'm missing content from it. I received them on the first day of new season then they vanished and didn't come back till Friday the same week the season dropped then I kept getting ADs until the following Wednesday where they have stopped refreshing and coming back. Still haven't had them come back. I always received from refresh at 7PM. I'm from England and use an Iphone 7 plus. I've spoke to someone from EAHELP and they said to post to the forums to hopefully get this fixed.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not too sure how to answer this since you've spoke to me from EAHELP on twitter and said it's not been reported. I know a lot of people that have the same issue with getting no ADs from the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive any ADs from the game which means I can't claim the boom or bust pack, get promo points or free stamina.
What do you expect to see? My ADs to come back so I can use them to get boom or bust pack, free stamina and promo points.
I just really want my ADs back because I'm just losing out on stuff that will help me towards the new promo. Hopefully you're able to find a fix for the ADs not appearing for me.
Try these steps real quick to reset your advertising ID and then re-launch the game. Let me know if it helps. 👍
Try going to Settings --> Privacy --> Advertising --> Reset Advertising Identifier.
