Not receiving free ADs on NBA Live mobile

I'm also having trouble with ads. They were already sketchy at best, as they would only be available part of the time and the other part say something like "no offers currently available." Could sometimes get them working again, but no rhyme or reason.

Now as of a few days ago, when I was prompted to opt in to some ad program, they've stopped working 100% of the time. I've went into the settings and I'm opted in to all, and have toggled them on and off, to no avail. Have missed out on a lot of rewards from this, unfortunately.

It seems like this issue will not be fixed

Go to settings- home screen- log out all accounts takes you back to loading screen log back into you're account should go to home screen and ads should reappear although it's only a temporary fix when you exit game you will lose the ads again you can repeat the process above to get ads back each time i like to watch all available ads at once so I don't need to worry about losing the ads for 24hrs lets hope EA can find a better solution quick

Settings / Legal / Privacy Settings:

1. step: Click every menu to off:

EA IN GAME TARGETED ADS: Opt Out

THIRD PARTY TARGETED ADS: Opt Out

NON-CRITICAL TELEMETRY: Opt Out

2. step: Then click every menu to on:

EA IN GAME TARGETED ADS: Opt In

THIRD PARTY TARGETED ADS: Opt In

NON-CRITICAL TELEMETRY: Opt In

Now everythink is working perfectly on my phone.

This player above found an interesting workaround and posted it in this thread. Does it help any of you all out while the team is working to address this?

As ive posted on another category of threads: technical issues, Ive done numerous things said here, such as uninstalling and reinstalling app, changing language from system to english, loggin out and signing back in, opting out and opting in from all the 3 ads settings, etc. Can the devs fix this permanently?

We're getting a lot of replies and other threads on this so I'm not sure if you saw my other response in my other thread but the team is working to address this as soon as possible. We appreciate you all hanging in there and hopefully all of us can find these workarounds useful until it's fully addressed. 👍

I still can not get any adds. It just says unavailable this has only been happening for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I've done everything ive read about and no one at any of the EA HELP  won't even respond back to me .I had an update earlier . i thought it would help but it just made my game a little laggy and slow. I don't see any other changes .it making me angry I'm probably falling behind the rest of the crowd. 3 campains I haven't been able to fully participate in. And going !    I NEED HELP !
