Open a pack that close the account

@SeyerWz Have you tried to uninstall the game, restart your phone and then reinstall the game? If you play in guest mode first link your account to Google Play or Facebook.

Thank you, i already do that things, also i tried with another cellphone but the problema still, as well, i create another account in my cellphone and it let me play normaly, i have that account with the problem associate with facebook, and i think that the problem is on that account and no of the cellphone
