Purchase Failed

Please help @EA_Blueberry ! I've tried Apple support AND EA support through the (Contact Us) option with no luck, I need an expert!

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform: Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max
Summarize your bug: For last few weeks, I have been unable to make cash purchases on the app. Exact error message: "PURCHASE FAILED: We're sorry but the transaction was not successful. We'll try again later."
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hopefully pull up my User ID and reset it somehow?
What happens when the bug occurs? Error message pops up, unable to purchase item in Shop.
What do you expect to see? Apply Pay pop-up allowing purchase to succeed. All other apps (including other EA apps like FIFA/Madden mobile) still function correctly.

    This is a shot in the dark and can't guarantee it will work, but maybe refreshing app purchases can fix this. Can you try toggling in-app purchases off and back on?

    Enable In-App Purchase for iOS Device
    1. Go to device Settings.
    2. Tap Screen Time.
    3. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
    4. Turn on Content & Privacy Restrictions.
    5. Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases.
    6. Tap In-app Purchases.
    7. Check Allow
