Sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried reinstalling the app on your device? If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling, so sync up your account to Facebook/Apple/Google and progress will be preserved when you re-install.

If that doesn't work, check that any available app updates are installed.
