Hey, all.
Quick update. The team is investigating this but needs help from those impacted. Can you respond back to me with the following in a DIRECT MESSAGE.- Device type (iOS or Android)
- Your device's software version
- NBA Live Mobile User ID (DIRECT MESSAGE ME THIS. DO NOT POST PUBLICLY)
New to this site and require level up to pm apparently.
I switched network, devices, upgrade from an old version to the latest IOS version, tried different region app stores, tried VPN to another country. None of this seems work. There is no update yesterday and it just stopped working.
I will doubt it is at the code level, is there any DNS change on the server side recently? Any Australia/Melbourne user has been active yesterday? EA should be able to see some alerts from your end.
How we going EA??

It is still down. Have tried on both Android and IOS. Both devices are up to date. Can't access the ID code as the game is not loading.
Super disappointing the lack of feedback from
EA on this not a great way to treat fans let alone paying customers
can see why so many people are switching to 2K might be time to do the same!!!
The new update does not seem to resolve this issue, still waiting

Summarize your bug Unable to load the game past the main loading screen (either team logos or Luka 'reading scouting reports') since Wed 12th Feb PM AEST (Approx 48 hours) - possibly localised to Australia as others with same issue are from Australia.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and open the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to load game at all
What do you expect to see? The game load
Attempted multiple steps to rectify via twitter DMs. Using multiple tiple devices, wifi, 4g, and VPNs.
I also have the same problem, been trying to play the game but it won't get past the nba logos screen or the Luka Doncic screen. I have had this problem for the same timeframe.

Thanks for hanging in there with us everyone. The team is still investigating this and I don't have an update to share on their progress right now, but they're fully aware of users impacted in this area and working to address it as soon as possible. We'll update you all once we find out more.

It was working fine until I was kicked out for a maintenance update, and it hasn't worked since. Same problems as listed above
Was having the same issues, wasn't able to get the game to start pre and post maintenance. Loading bar was stuck at "Reading scouting report. "
It was frustrating as I had 2 days left on the Bird court pass that went to waste.
I was able to play for a bit yesterday and in a tournament. Go back this morning to play and same issues, doesnt load past the NBA logo and when I reset the phone the "Reading scouting report " screnn with Doncic. Glad I haven't spent real cash on this game this season.
Im in Australia using Android.
- @Gaborrrrrrr "I play from Hungary" We're in Australia mate, not Austria. But yeah when I could play yesterday the game was crashing more often than usual. Happened to me on the warm up all star even and lost 100 warm up points.

It was working again, now stuck on scouting reports again. Same issue, not loading. Already behind with the campaigns due to the previous issue, now will struggle to complete.
Glad to know i am not the only one with this issue, really frustrating.
Question now is if we missing out on all these alllstar points and claims and daily pro packs and stamina still disappearing even though it crashes what are we gonna get in return let's face it the game is fun to play when it's working and it's awesome pulling high rating players out of the pro packs and upgrading your team's or are we going to get a a well it crashed and your not getting anything

@Leoniatis789I doubt we'll get anything collectively, if we individually submit our concerns to EA they may provide somethingC’mon EA enough already!!!!
