Community ManagerDo you have your account synced up with Apple/Google? If you do, re-installing the game won't result in any lost progress. If you don't have it synced and play on guest mode, uninstalling the app will lose your progress.
We've seen players get around the black screen by reinstalling, but definitely make sure you've synced it up to Google/Apple.
I Got the forced update and then got the black screen so I reinstalled and couldn’t relink my fb so I lost my whole acct. I had thousands of dollars of items and nba cash from S3-S4 and just got a response from EA Help saying sorry hope our sorry is ok.
Nah. Not ok. What can be done? I’m not even on a different device or anything and the game kept delinking my Facebook on its own. This is not acceptable. Could you somehow help?
Community ManagerYou said "re-link" so it sounds like you had your progress saved to the cloud. Can you try going to your Facebook app and under Settings>Apps, remove the NBA Live Mobile app from the device you have linked and then try logging in with Facebook again? If it fails again, try logging in from another device. If you did not play on guest mode your progress should still be saved.

Good news is I can scroll to and past my street lineup without crashing every time
Bad news is that it now crashes when i try to start ANY live event

NBA Live Mobile is developed and supported for iOS and Android devices. While you may have been able to play it in the past on PC, we cannot guarantee it will continue to function normally through game updates, sorry.
