Did you use one of these login options when you signed into the game? That will save it to the cloud. If you're on guest mode, all the data is saved to the device itself which is why it gets deleted when the app is uninstalled.

We do not have any updates regarding compensation, but that is something always in consideration by the team for issues impacting the community. We'll update this post as soon as we find out more on this.

    I have been using Facebook to login but after the update i can't even get to that screen now

    Are you recommending uninstall and reinstall? 

    Does that fix it?

    @MSDMLL72 

    If you've been using Facebook your progress is saved to the cloud. It is safe to reinstall the app to see if that helps correct this for you with fresh game files.

    I ununstalled and reinstalled

    Now it gets a bit further but still crashes at/after NBA and team logo screen

    @MSDMLL72 It getting you frustrated right? Now i'm getting bored seeing that dark screen when i opened the game

    i did the uninstall and reinstall 3 more times

    finally got it working

    but i'm still pissed at all the trouble it has been
