Stuck on "Warming Up"

When I opened NBA Live Moblie and started a game in Season it was stuck at the "Warming Up" screen so I closed the app and went back to Season to opened it again and it said "Resume" so I clicked Resume and it went back to "Warming Up" and won't start the game. Everything else works besides Season. Please find a solution for this.

everytime  i go into a season game it loads but then gets stuck on the “warming up” screen i’ve tried multiple troubleshootings such as deleting and reinstalling and nothing has worked i’m starting to think it had to do with the play i had bough right before trying him out (94 Holiday Sf) because i tried playing a game with him in my sharpshooter lineup in a showdown and it had the same problem then i took him out and it worked fine so i’m not sure what to do but EA can u please fix this for me and other players with the same problem it’s quite annoying. All weekend I have been trying to switch the season mode I’ve been turning off my phone and restarting my device, deleting the app and re-download them and there is no updates for us every time I login to the app the season mode will not work it’ll just stay as ‘’warm up’’but it won’t let me into the game please fix straight away or I am not going to continue playing.

hi i’ve been trying to play season mode for the past 3 days and it hasn’t been working i keep getting stuck on the warming up loading screen and it does not seem to progress at all even after 10 minutes. Everything else works fine except season i think it has to do with one of the players Holiday i’ve tried every troubleshoot such as deleting and all that and reinstalling but nothing works can you guys fix this pleaseeee

I also sold him but he is still stuck on my season team
