The Game Crashes and goes to the Lock Screen
My mobile is an Asus with a version of 7.1.1, when I download the game, and I touch it, It doesn't work and it goes to the lock screen.
I tried rebooting my phone, uninstall and install, and nothing.

- @EA_Blueberry Nope, still out, I can get in through the guest option but obviously I've lost all my progress as I've to creat a guest account, it's not my account which I've been using. Please sort this out, it's been over a day now. It goes till the orange loding animation and then sends me back to my phone homescreen.

Hmm...perhaps it may have been accidentally closed, I've seen those unfortunately happen in very rare cases. Are you able to resume the case at our Help site if you try reaching out to them again?
