- @EA_Blueberry Nope, still out, I can get in through the guest option but obviously I've lost all my progress as I've to creat a guest account, it's not my account which I've been using. Please sort this out, it's been over a day now. It goes till the orange loding animation and then sends me back to my phone homescreen.

It sounds like it could be account based if the steps we've tried here aren't getting you in. Hmm...perhaps it may have been accidentally closed, I've seen those unfortunately happen in very rare cases. Are you able to resume the case at our Help site if you try reaching out to them again?
