I'm disappointed in EA, Since May with the same problem and no fix, just say we're working on that, please wait. I have put money to buy gems and I have not been able to spend it seems to me a lack of respect on my part as a player. Someone who gives face? I'm having the same problem today, also. Any suggestions? I tried starting and restarting NY phone. Cleared cache and deleted my storage.
