Unexpected error when trying to log in

I'm disappointed in EA, Since May with the same problem and no fix, just say we're working on that, please wait. I have put money to buy gems and I have not been able to spend it seems to me a lack of respect on my part as a player. Someone who gives face? I'm tired of waiting and I'm being as tolerable and respectful as possible.  

            Look at the picture EVIDENCE 

Like if you have the same problem also

  • I'm having the same problem today, also.  Any suggestions?  I tried starting and restarting NY phone.  Cleared cache and deleted my storage.

    @abrielwise Did you uninstall and reinstall the game? If you play in guest mode first link your account to Google Play or Facebook before you uninstall.
