Unknown error

When logging in got an unknown error, when trying again same thing happens. I looked at the cause of the problem that other assume and I can't relate to none of them.

I never used cheats but I was in a league, I don't even know what the league gives you but joined one because tutorial told me to. I also don't play duels, pvps only season, events and showdown or wtv it called. 

If some of y'all had the same problem can you tell how you fixed it? I tried contacting EA Help but the solutions didn't really help me
