For me i had to start new game and collect all of them again. Then reverted back to the old savefile.

I have the same problem. On the map I count 100 chips. I even compared to other maps online and there are no other chips to be found. Still the game says I have only 99.
And it is the only trophy left for me to get!! 🙄🤬
