2 second Freeze every 10 second

So i've bought Need for Speed Most Wanted yesterday and wanted to play online, I've played the game before and it ran really smooth with settings on max. But when i started it yesterday to play online it just freezed every 10 seconds for like 2 seconds.. Really annoying 😉
I have a really good pc so that couldn't be the problem, I play games like Battlefield 4 on max.

What i've tried so far:

1. Re-installing the game
   
   
2. Turning off Supersampling
   
   
3. Updating Drivers
   
   
4. Changing Resolution
   
   

Any help would be appreciated! 🙂
