Any one like or dislike Soapbox Race World ...A.K.A. Need for speed World Online 2009-2015?

Today, I tried a google search to look for string "the best cop chasing racing game" and I was surprised by the small number of hits:

I did not know anything about Driver San_Francisco game!? Today I saw the following videos for the first time:
