299 max car level is ridiculous

I agree, I am in the final stage of the game and my runner car (Audi s7) and my offroad car (Subaru WRX STI) are maxed out at 299 and at tune shops the only speed cards there are level 12 and under. I think it is outrageous plus the recommended level is higher than 299 so I have to switch the difficulty to easy.
