3 things NFS Heat has to get right to get my money

I know there are probably a lot of topics like this, but I really want to express my 3 biggest concerns about NFS:

-Single player: I HATE racing games trying to become MMORPGs like the crew just to sell microtransactions. It's not the right genre and it's annoying. If I am forced ONCE to go into an online lobby, or I'm having my extremely limited freetime wasted at a loading screen that tries to find the servers, I'm going to demand a full-price reimbursement. No servers are needed for a f*@#&ng single player campaign.

-Customization - It better be better than what we got in paypack and 2015. I want it like the old days, all cars getting equal amount of customization. I can understand if there are only like 4 bodykits like in Most Wanted (2005) but at least ALL cars had 4 options. And simple options like hoods or spoilers... if there are less than 30 for every car, I'm not buying this game.

Personalization is one of the hugest selling point of NFS for me since the Underground series and it only went downhill from there since NFS Carbon. If games like GrandTheftAuto can offer wider range of customization to certain cars than a NFS games, there is something wrong with your team and your priorities.

-Perfomance tuning. Stop making the game pay to win to force people to buy microtransactions. Best need for speed games had 5 level of performance upgrade at best, not 100 or a 1000 different levels people had to grind through to max out a car, and one ingame victory should be able to make me buy at least 2 of the top tier parts, not 10 races making me able to buy 1. Stop making the game such a grind I have an f@&#ing life to live, I'm not going to play any game 16 hours a day, or play the game till 2045 to unlock everything.
