399 GT-R34 question...

I've been watching a lot of YouTube videos saying that in order to get it you have to have played NFS 2015 (idiotic requirement already, by the way) but I have a feeling you actually need to own NFS ...

@mrtun3rNo, you can only add vanity items like underglow and set downforce, stability control and steering

well on the other hand its supposed to be "eddies skyline" if you would customize it it wouldn't be "eddies skyline" anymore and would be a regular r34 right?
