4K HDR ps 4 pro NFS Payback

We need that in this game the grafic on this game look like * and we dont have a video optins either why???

Ok Im playing on a PS4 Pro and Samsung HDR 4K and bought Need For Speed Payback digitally and its not in 4k and no HDR. I watched an interview
and it was said that this was PS4 Pro enhanced to 4k and HDR.
