60 FPS workaround without speeding the game up.

So it seems that a modder at Guru3D found a workaround to the 30 fps cap. Just add these commands to the game's shotcut directory or at Command Line Arguments (Game Properties): -GameTime.MaxSimFps...

I'm sorry that I'm responding to an old topic, but I also have this problem. Bought the game recently on Steam Summer Sale. 

By the way, I have a question. If I do this code, the game will crash in the zones with FPS drop? I don't want to risk.
