60 frames cap PC

Is there any possibility on PC for a 60 frames cap? I have a 2k 144mhz monitor and by default OR and OFF Vsync is making the 2070 Super trying to achieve 144fps which is impossible at Ultra. Can s...

    @dioxido Use rivatuner and limit fps that is the best I have found so far

@dioxido You can also try the new Max Frame Rate option in the latest NVIDIA drivers but I have found it not working really well for every game.
