They cant add cars with out it taking time and money to do so. Developers dont work for free and nether do any of us . Thus if every one is currently complaining once again about having to buy dlc cars why add them. I know i wouldn't sit there and code in the car and all the customization stuff with it for free on my own time , screw that.
