Me too, 

Win 10 install, 

using Xbox elite wired controller

not enough accelleration to redline, takes forever to accellerate.  

Use of keyboard as controller works fine... but I want to use my controller.

@Gamsk +1 - exact same issue here. just started a pc thread for it. if not fixed i'll just refund in a few days - probably best option. lifes too short to trouble shoot video games that you pay for .

    I got same issue and I found solution I buy new PS4 controller and it’s working very well.
