Click on this link, scroll down to Still need help, and select Chat with us to start a new case with them

Hi @Xiaothing11,

No, I wouldn't be able to confirm that for you.

If you're waiting for a reply, it'd be best to monitor your email inbox as that's where their response will come through.

If it's been a few days, however, follow the steps I shared above to contact them again - this time through Chat instead of email. Choosing the chat option will allow you to talk to the support team live in real-time.
