Account Progress lost

I had NFS Heat on my xbox, bought it on PC and logged into EA with my xbox account and i had lost all my progress despite having the same account just on a different platform
need for speed heat

    Hello @para1595,

    Unfortunately there is no way of restoring back progress, progress is locally saved. You will just have to start over.
