Account Rolled Back???

Yesterday, I bought and tuned cars which have disappeared (Money has come back so I'm not too upset about this)

However, I spent a lot of time going around and collecting the collectibles and they all returned today, uncompleted I might add but even with my previous high score still on there..?

Anyone had this and know how to fix this or do I have to start all over again with this? I lost around 6 hours worth of game time by the look of it

I've attached a few examples showing the side missions recognising that I've achieved the scores but it seems like my account rolled back a huge amount of game time.
