Make sure that you add his EA account name and not the console account @fastasflipboi

I have an Xbox series s and a switch and purchased the game on both platforms and cannot get cross play to work at all the switch can send the friend request while the Xbox cannot send or receive them wtf it's the only reason I purchased the game twice
