I need some kind advice what i need to do since they updated this game yesterday i am unable to play online due to were i can connect to my ea account i have tried to get ahold of ea today but i guess there callers are busy assiting others
I too am having this same issue. Worked fine, patch update--now I cant connect.
Same here. 2 days ago I was playing online, all connected. Beat the main story. Did a couple more races on the side story stuff. Saved and shut the ps4 off. Last night go to play and it won't connect to EA thus not letting me on. I got some random message in heat about not having accessibility to NFS (2015) anymore, so I quit heat, put NFS in and that connected to EA and loaded right up and worked no problem. Go back to heat an no connecting. Same thing today when I tried to get on a few mins ago. All other games are golden and my internet is great, EXCEPT for heat.
If you have a Hot Spot on your phone you can Test it and it let you go online once you connect to Spectrum you wont be able to connect to the servers again also tested with a VPN and that also seem to work hope that helps until they are able to resolve this we should get some type of compensation for this issue
