AI doesn't work anymore ! [No Limits]

So ..... I went into No Limits and started a race .... it was a race with ai opponents but after the loading screen it was just me and the road .... no opponents and the civilians were frozen ... it stayed like that for 2-3 races and came back to normal state .... but still what happen ?
