Android app give 5002 error code

This is not the same game, there is a discussion thread mentioning the same error code on Android devices.
Like I said, I don't know if this will fix this error but maybe it's worth to try:
An error with the 5002 code error indicates that unfortunately the resolution of your device is not currently supported.
This can be most common if your device has had a firmware update, most commonly with UI changes that the manufacturer may include at their discretion.
If you are experiencing this problem, please ensure that both your device's firmware as well as the game version are up to date.

I have this error with the android app of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit but I think is the same because the Sims are also in an android app.
The problem is that when I click on the link https://firemonkeys.zendesk.com/entries/23876850-What-is-the-error-5002- that is on the post you send to me, it is invalid.
Did you know any other way I can report the information of my device so I can get any help?
