Android app give 5002 error code

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and I bought this application, download the apk of 7mb aprox and then when I try to download the other files required the application gives me the error code 5002. Please ...

    I have this error with the android app of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit but I think is the same because the Sims are also in an android app.

    The problem is that when I click on the link https://firemonkeys.zendesk.com/entries/23876850-What-is-the-error-5002- that is on the post you send to me, it is invalid.

    Did you know any other way I can report the information of my device so I can get any help?
