Can i back my purchases back on another device on Android in NFS MW?

Yes if you are not playing anonymously and if your new device is compatible.
We are limited in our ability to recover the accounts of anonymous users in the case of App deletion, device reset, or lost/stolen devices.
To ensure that your game is saved and recoverable we encourage all of our anonymous users to register/login their game to Origin, Facebook, and/or GameCenter (different apps may have different login capabilities).
If you want to continue to play anonymously you can minimize your risk by doing the following*:
- Back up your device
- Android: For instructions, please consult your devices user manual as steps vary by device.
- Samsung users can also backup and recover using Kies.
- iOS: How to backup and restore your content. You may also want to consult your device manual.

- Record your Android Device ID or your iOS UDID
*Please note: If you choose to keep playing anonymously these steps do not guarantee the recoverability of your account.
I am have just a history from google play paymant. Now - this function is not avalible. What can i do?

I see. I am not sure it's possible to transfer your data (purchases included) to another device while playing anonymously.
Do you still have access to this device? If so you can perhaps backup the data first.
You can try to connect your game to Facebook then. That's the only solution I can think of but make sure you backup everything related to the game first.- Approved
No, my device was stolen. I can unlock my device and crack a game, but, i'm lost my warranty. However your bil service is not avalable - i'm haven't another solution.
